澳洲聯邦政府及州政府的法例規定，某些文件須經澳洲領事人員見證和簽署，或經過指定程序後才能用於法定目的或在澳洲法院上。在澳洲，核證服務一般由指定專業人士、律師、太平紳士提供。
我們公司的澳洲註冊移民顧問 (又譯澳洲註冊移民律師, Registered Migration Agent) 為澳洲法定可提供移民及簽證建議的專業人士，須於澳洲內政部移民顧問註冊辦公室(OMARA, Department of Home Affairs) 註冊。我們的澳洲註冊移民顧問，同時持有澳洲太平紳士(JP, Qual) 資格，具法定權力，為閣下見證澳洲聯邦法定聲明(Australian Commonwealth Statutory Declaration)及認證副本文件 (Certified copies)。
認證副本文件服務包括:

Certifed Copies & Australian Commonwealth Statutory Declaration
Australian Federal and State Government legislation requires certain documents to be witnessed and signed by an Australian consular officer, or to go through specified procedures before they can be used for statutory purposes or in an Australian court. In Australia, certified documents are generally provided by Designated Professionals, solicitors, and justices of the peace(JP).
Our Australian Registered Migration Consultant (also known as Australian Registered Migration Agent) is one of the professionals in Australia who is legally authorized to provide migration and visa advice and must be registered with the Office of Migration Adviser Registration (OMARA) of the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Our Registered Migration Agent also holds the title of Justice of the Peace of Australia (JP, Qual), which vested the power for him to witness Australian Commonwealth Statutory Declarations and certify copies of documents.
Certified Copies Services include
- Birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic certificates, etc.
- Passports, identity cards and other identity documents
- Hong Kong application letter with no criminal record
- Proof of address, such as bank statements and utility bills
- Real estate transaction and mortgage documents
- Witness signatures on documents (statutory declarations and affidavits)
